Kim Winn

Kim is the Operations Manager at GLI Church Planting, where she has been a key player for over a decade. She oversees back-office operations, including bookkeeping and fiscal sponsorship for GLI’s diverse client base. With certifications in QuickBooks Online (basic and advanced) and payroll (Intuit and Gusto), Kim ensures precise financial management and efficiency.

In addition to her role at GLI, Kim runs a successful bookkeeping business and has extensive experience in the non-profit sector. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 28 years, their four children, and seven grandchildren. Kim is also passionate about animals, particularly her cats and dogs, and she loves reading and antiquing in her free time.
